The sitemap that Rank Math provides is dynamic and generated on the fly, which means that the file is generated every time someone attempts to access that URL, but we don’t have a filter to update the CSS.
However, you can change it from this path: wp-content > plugins > seo-by-rank-math > includes > moduels > sitemap > sitemap.xsl.php

Please note that you need to change the color each time you update our plugin.

Please consider adding a field for this to settings. It should not be difficult. If you can call for blue then you can call for a custom color; themes do it for headings all the time.
