How to buy Content AI credits?

    Hi Bhanu,
    I wanted to buy Content AI 50 credits ($19+VAT), but Ic could not.

    I received the following message:
    Your credit card for USD 22.42 on 20-05-2022 at FS *RANKMATH was declined, as per RBI guidelines on recurring transactions. Please make the payment directly on Merchant Website/App using your IndusInd Bank Credit Card via OTP authentication.

    Please help me buy this as an India customer via OTP.

    When attempting to purchase our subscription. Please ensure that the country shown in the top right corner of your screen when purchasing is referred to your actual location.

    If you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

    Also, please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    You can also try using another credit card or PayPal to make the payment.

    It’s complicated.
    Why can’t to make a separate easy process for Indian customers? We can even go to your registered office to pay in cash.

    Sorry to disappoint you but as we have a globally distributed team, all our payments are handled by our payment processor FastSpring, a global full-service SaaS payments platform.

    Please ensure that your payment method follows the points mentioned by my colleague and that should fix the issue.

    We also accept payments via PayPal and Amazon Pay, so you can also make the transaction using those methods.
