How to add the credits to my account that I just purchased today

    I purchased more credits today, but I cannot figure how to install them to my WordPress site.

    Here is the invoice:

    Order ID: RANKMATH220719-4504-74204
    Order Created: 7/19/22
    Paid In Full: 7/19/22

    Do you a step by step link or something you can share?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    The problem is that i appear to have more than one login to Rank Math.

    I am using my google account to log in.

    That email address is r*************@o**********

    It only lists the free version of Rank Math and not the upgrade with more credits.

    I’m not sure what to do.
