Could you please confirm if you have used the same email address from your Rank Math account upon purchasing the credits?
If so, please head over to your Rank Math account here:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Then check if you are able to see your remaining credits as shown in this screenshot:

If you still have credits remaining, please head over to your website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
Then please update to the latest version of the Rank Math plugin and you should see this option to refresh the credits

I didn’t login when I purchased. I just simply clicked the rank math link through my WordPress admin and I purchased.

Please forward that receipt to us or let us know if the email address you have on your Amazon account is different than the one on this account.
