To answer it again, YES, Rank Math does support adding 5-star rich snippet to your blog posts.
Simply add or edit a post, go to the rich snippets tab in Rank Math, and add a rating like shown in below screenshot:

Yes it is safe to say the days of adding article/blog post review schema are over. You will have to add the ratings on the supported schema types:
– Book
– Course
– Event
– Product
– Recipe
– Software Application
