I don’t see the rating Schema on your post. I see only Service Schema – no ratings.
Please follow the tutorial here and add a relevant Schema that allows ratings:

Then, test it here and see if the ratings are added:

The article schema does not support ratings anymore. This is after a recent Google update that deprecated the rating options on some schema types that Google did not find useful for users to have ratings.
