My concern is how can I add around 12 related keywords into my home page!
When I am checking the meta keywords it’s showing empty

Please note that Google does not honor Meta Keywords for quite a long now so we never added them to the plugin.

However, you can use the focus keyword set within Rank Math as meta keyword for your posts/pages/products using this filter in your theme’s functions.php file:
