  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Each FAQblock item is wrapped in an HTML element that has a unique CSS id. You can use the CSS id as an anchor link. You’ll need to first preview the post and use your browser tools to view the unique ID.

I hope that helps. If you have questions, please ask. We are here to help.

    Hi Jeremy,

I am not a techie, so you have to simplify the explanation.

I have 7 FAQ blocks in one post.

Step 1: Am I using the right id? see image.

If not, what is the id I should be using?

Step 2: Where and how do I paste these 7 ids?

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    1. You are adding double quotes wrapped in your id which will not work. You need to add the id in your link using the “hash” tag, then the actual ID. For example:

    #faq-question-1658190450689

    2. You don’t need to add the IDs on that field as you can just directly add the ID in your desired link and you should jump or anchor into the FAQ item.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Thanks Jeremy, it worked like a charm.
