Can you please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits? If so, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you are able to see the correct Content AI credits.

If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

I’ve checked your account, and the credits are already added.
To add a website to your Rank Math dashboard, ensure that you have already installed the latest version of the Rank Math plugin and head over to its WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help tab, then click the disconnect/connect button.

Once done, the credits will show as well on your website.

You do not need a Rank Math PRO account to purchase content AI credits. If you have a Rank Math PRO account and meant to use that one to buy Content AI credits instead of the free account you used to open this ticket, the credits may need to be transferred to that account. Please share the Rank Math PRO account details and we’ll confirm if the credits can be transferred.
