You can use a single PRO license on all your 10 websites.
The PRO license can be used on Unlimited Personal websites.
Personal websites are the ones you own 100% and not a client website or a partnership with someone. A personal website can be a business, earn you money and you can even sell it to anyone but it needs to belong to you.
Fair usage policy applies to the personal license where you cannot use the PRO on a client website or share it with your friends/family.

Yes, you can add those additional 5 more domains with Rank Math PRO, as long as they are your personal websites.
Client websites are those websites that you do not own or have a partnership with someone. The best example is if you are an SEO Guy/Developer/Designer of a website that is owned by someone or a company/business.
The PRO plan is best suited for individuals & solopreneurs, while the Business plan is best suited for freelancers, businesses, service providers & agency owners.
