I searched your website on Google and was able to replicate that 10 URLs are shown with the site: operator.
However, I searched a few old URLs which are not shown when searching with the site: operator, and they’re already indexed. You can have a look at the URL in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference.
It might be a temporary issue. Please clear your website and server’s cache and give Google some time to crawl the website again and see if that helps.
Please also check the coverage section in your Google Search Console account to see if there are any errors listed.

When we look at the content one by one, it looks indexed, but unfortunately it does not appear in any search query.
