How long to start showing results

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I have checked your sitemaps under the Rank Math > Search console page and none of your posts are getting indexed. It also looks like your sitemap is getting cached by Cloudflare and from past experience, this is one of the factors preventing sitemap fetching on the search console.
Please get in touch with your host and have them disable the cloudflare cache.

I have reduced the number of links on your sitemap from 5000 to 1000 and thus you will also need to login to your search console, delete the current sitemap and resubmit a new one and then wait for Google to fetch the data.

Please login to your Google search console dashboard and submit your sitemap using this URL structure: https://domain.com/sitemap_index.xml

The page is set to index and it also on the Google cache as shown below:
