I have installed the ACF plugin and also activate the ACF module in RANK math but still, I am not to do Content analysis on Post Editor.

If you already have activated the ACF module on Rank Math, the content analysis should work right away. Please see my video screencast here: https://i.rankmath.com/aXSnEh
Could you please ensure that you have the latest versions of your Rank Math and ACF plugin? If not yet, please do update them.
If the issue persists, we may need to check this one over your admin settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
