Can you please confirm if you want to edit the meta title of your site? If yes then you can do that from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta or you can change it while editing a post or page from the Rank Math’s SEO meta box.
If you meant something else then please share a screenshot of the section you want the change the text of. You can use a tool like https://imgbb.com/ to share the screenshots.

That text is not being added by Rank Math. You should be able to edit it from your theme options or from the customizer.

If your theme has provided the options for editing the header text, then you would be able to access them with the theme options or the customize menu under your WordPress admin area > Appearance > Customize.
However, I suggest you get in touch with your theme’s support/devs regarding the matter, as they would be in a better position to assist you in this regard.

In order to add a temporary user login for RankMath staff to make the header text edit, WP admin page needs an email address for you, such that you can be sent the temp login info directly from WP. Please send your email address.

It seems like the user that you have created for us doesn’t have admin-level rights. I can’t even see the Appearance section from where I can access theme options or customizer to change the text.
Please provide admin-level access or at least access to your theme customizer and theme options so we can assist you further.
