How do you sync your support forum to main site

Hope you’re doing great
I have a question. It may also be the question of some others. It’s not in your duty to answer it. but if it’s possible for you to answer i will be appreciate.
How do you create your support forum (in a sub domain support.rankmath.com ) and synced it to your main site ( rankmath.com ) ?
The most exciting thing about it is that users are synced and the history of support tickets are shown in woocommerce profile of the main site (rankmath.com)..
Do you use a special plugin to do it? or you’re using custom codes?
I have never seen a site and forum as fantastic as your site. Your site is really awesome…
