How do some pages/posts get indexed within a few minutes?

I want to understand how some pages/posts get indexed and crawled within a few minutes or a few hours and mine doesn’t, even with Instant Indexing. I have always wondered how some pages appear on the search engine within a few minutes or hours but mine can take days. I have been using Instant Indexing (Google API) and I still cannot get my pages/posts to be indexed as quickly as I want them to be. I run a news website, and appearing on the search results first is essential in getting clicks. I really appreciate the works of RankMath and how your team engages with its members.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with your question on how some pages are crawled faster.

The rate at which Google crawls and indexes your pages depends on a number of factors such as crawl rate, crawl budget, the authority of your website, the crawlability of your pages among other things. Please refer to the following guide for how to improve the crawlability and crawl rate of your website: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/crawling-indexability-improve-presence-google-5-steps/167266/

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
