How do I turn off this toolbar?

I think this must have been added in a recent update because it’s only been happening recently. At the top of my dashboard in WordPress I have this toolbar now for RankMath that is SUPER ANNOYING. It used to be that there was just a little button to the right and if I wanted to see the info, I would click the button to see this info. But now it’s ALWAYS OPEN. And it causes this weird scrolling issue as well if I don’t close it.

I have to CONSTANTLY click the x to close the damn thing and I just want it NOT OPEN. I don’t even use it yet. Haven’t take the time yet to figure out even what the info is in it. And because I have the free version, half of it is blurred out anyway.

So HOW do I disable this toolbar? I have looked all over in the settings and don’t see any way to make this go away! It takes up valuable screen space and is annoying as hell!
