To no index pagination pages please navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc pages and enable, Noindex Paginated Pages.

This will send a message to search engines that those pages are not meant to be indexed.
Eventually, it is usually up to the search engines to heed to this, some times it is ignored on pages with a lot of traffic.
