Please note that when you set noindex
to your search result pages that means Google will not index them on SERPs, but Google will still be able to crawl those URLs. If you don’t want Google to crawl those URLs, you can add the following line on your robots.txt and after that, they should disappear from GSC on the next crawl.
Disallow: */?s=*

Regarding the new posts are not indexing, can you please share some affected URLs with so we can check those further for you?
