How can I get Rank Math user agent to create a Edgerule in WAF ? - Support

I use Rank Math, WP Rocket, and Stackpath CDN & WAF services. During an SEO Analysis, SEO title, description & focus keyword is missing. Check this https://prnt.sc/107k0m2 . But, I optimized SEO for my site.

I asked Stackpath to solve the issue. But they want a “user agent for Rank Math” to create an Edgerule.

So, please tell me what is the user agent of Rank Math.

Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.

If the issue still persists, could you please Flush SEO Analysis Data in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Clear SEO Analysis button then Start the Site-wide Analysis again?

If you’re unable to see that option, please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode:

I whitelist the IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com and clear analysis SEO data. Then analysis SEO again. But the issue still persists. Please, help me to solve the issue.

We tested your website using our Online SEO Analyzer tool and it appears to be working fine on our end. It seems that the conflict might be from StackPath.

In the meantime, you can use our online SEO Analyzer tool to test your website: https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

Having said that, the Online SEO Analyzer tool will not show the Focus Keyword section as the SEO Analyzer tools examine the website’s source. Further, Focus Keywords is something that doesn’t get added to the website’s source.

If the issue persists, then please edit the first post on this ticket and include your Server’s IP and WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
