The Rankbot response is accurate. There is no “Lock Modified” Date module. The option to lock the modified date is available in the post settings. You can uncheck the “Lock Modified Date” checkbox to disable it.

The Rank Math plugin does not provide an option to disable this option, but you hide it using CSS, like this:

Hiding feels like a hacky solution. Can you please ask your developers to provide an option or filter to disable the “Lock modified date” functionality?
P.s. I see that https://github.com/rankmath/seo-by-rank-math/blob/master/assets/admin/js/gutenberg.js contains code related to the “Lock modified date” functionality, but the src folder (https://github.com/rankmath/seo-by-rank-math/tree/master/assets/admin/src) seems not to have the latest files?
