To change the language of Rank Math to Spanish, you need to have a Spanish WordPress installation.
With that being said, since Content AI is a very recent feature, it is not yet translated.
We rely on the user’s contribution for translations, so if you wish to help, then you can send the translated version of the .pot file under the languages folder of the Rank Math plugin, and we would include that in the upcoming updates.
Path of the file: /wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/languages/rank-math.pot.
