Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Hello, thank you for your help. I tried with Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin following your steps.
The only problem could be my child theme.
If I activate a default theme like Twenty Twenty-one, I see this on rankmath Homepage Titles & Meta:

But all plugins installed create no conflict at all.
Do you have any suggestions?

so just to let you know, there is definitely a conflict with DIVI (or my child theme) and Rank Math settings on the Home Page Titles and Tags.
If I try to change Home Page Titles and Tags from DIVI on the home page with divi builder it changes my settings on the header.
