Since your site appears using the site: query, it means it is indexed in Google. The reason you are not ranking for the keyword you want could be one between hundreds.
You will need to wait to see if you rank, you could also try to improve the On-Site SEO (although you said you got a good score in Rank Math) and you should also try to build more authority for your site (Off-Site SEO), so it can help you to rank over the competitors.
