Homepage Not Working After Settings Update – Assistance Needed

We can see your homepage is appearing blank. Could you please try to temporarily deactivate the Rank Math plugin on your website and see if that resolves the issue?

If you see it works after deactivating the Rank Math plugin, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

FTP is usually provided by your hosting company. Please reach out to them and ask them to share an FTP credential with you. You can also reach out to your developer for help getting the FTP.

In the meantime, please share your WordPress in the sensitive data section.

This could be a plugin conflict. When we deactivated all your plugins and installed a new WordPress default theme, we were able to activate Rank Math without any issues. Here’s a video:

Since we do not have FTP access, we’re unable to troubleshoot this further, but please try deactivating all your plugins and activating a default WordPress theme – then activate Rank Math first, then proceed to activate your other plugins one after the other, each time checking if your homepage is working.
