Homepage loading time is long

    Dear team,

    My ahref audit reports certain post pages with slow loading time (not home page), and then I have implemented the steps under sensitive date to improve them.

    The loading time of my post pages have significantly improved, but all of a sudden my homepage loading time is long as reported under Rank Math SEO analyzer.

    SEO analyzer said too many requests on my homepage, can you suggest me how to improve? I am not a tech person and need help.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

    For Page Objects, Rank Math looks at the number of requests that are made, and you pass if the number of requests is less than 20. There is no established baseline on what the number of requests should be, but the lower, the better.

    To fix this, you might need to reduce the number of images, and scripts from the theme that are making non-essential requests. Since these images might be very important to your site’s SEO you can serve these images from CDN instead of the server.
