Since your homepage is a static page, you need to edit the SEO settings inside that page. You can reach it by clicking in the link you find in that screen (it is in your screenshot, the one called “Edit page: home page consorzio birre”).

So… it is normal that I can’t see nothing in the page setting? Seeing a youtube tutorial online in the same page I see fields like: home page title, home page meta description, etc

Yes, it is normal. The settings you are referring to are shown when you are using latest posts as your homepage at WP > Settings > Reading.
hen using a static page, you get a link to edit the homepage instead and can make all those changes on the individual page.
