To resolve this, please ensure that you have set a specific page as your homepage in your WordPress settings. You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading and selecting a specific page under Your homepage displays.

We deeply apologize for the unexpected delay in response.

Can you please confirm if you’re using a custom canonical for your homepage without a trailing slash? If so, please remove this from the Rank Math SEO Meta box Advanced tab so that Rank Math can generate the self-referencing canonical URL.

Once done, please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
