I am not sure which AMP plugin you are using but some AMP plugins allow you to set a different AMP homepage, so make sure you set the AMP homepage to be created from the Homepage (or if there is not that option, to generate an AMP homepage with the latest posts).

The issue is resolved. It was the setting at the AMP for WP plugin. Sorry for the trouble.
