Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the missing SEO details for your homepage and first post page. It sounds like you’ve already done some thorough checks, including validating your schema on schema.org.
To ensure that your homepage has the correct SEO settings, please make sure that you have selected a specific page as your homepage under WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays. If you haven’t set a specific page as your homepage, you won’t be able to add focus keywords or see SEO details for it using Rank Math.
For the first post page, ensure that you have also set it correctly in the same settings area. Once these settings are confirmed, you should be able to see the SEO details in the Rank Math Metabox when editing those pages.
If everything seems correct and you’re still experiencing issues, we recommend replying to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We’ve released beta versions where the SEO score issue has been fixed. https://rankmath.com/changelog/beta/
If you want, you can enable the Beta update by following this guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates
If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#rank-math-transients
Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I did as you proposed and after installing a Beta version now I am again able to see SEO details under pages and posts settings.
I appreciate your help.
Kind regards!
