Hello, I use a very functional WordPress theme but not necessarily adapt to SEO, in question, it does not allow me to choose in the <h2> <h3> tags and imposes on me the <h4>. To solve my problem, I copied the code and added it to an element called “html block”. Everything works, everything works very well.
But RankMath, does not detect the <h1>, <h2>, <h3> tags, added through an html block. Is not normal? Can you fix it?
Thank you, have a good day

Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The screenshots you shared couldn’t be accessed. The HTML block should however work fine.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I use the 1.0.44 version of rank math.
I am wary of beta versions, Rank Math has already caused many beugs on my website, like fatal errors. You have new images above.
I tested it with the requested plugin “Health Check & Troubleshooting”, no conflict encountered.Have a good day
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you if you can see the possible errors with RankMath or caused by rankMath, it seems to have problems with maybe the plugin of “maintenance”
Thank you, have a good day !

Hello,
You have not told us which post or page we should checked so we checked a few.
On the posts, we do not see any issue.
On your pages, you seem to be using a page builder to add content. Do note that some content added using page builder is not viewable by Rank Math.
We have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.
You would need to contact the developer of the plugin you mentioned by showing the following link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/Many known companies have already added the compatibility, as it takes a few hours:
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/themify-builder/
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/page-builder-framework/
https://rankmath.com/compatibility/flothemes/I hope that helps. Please let us know if there’s anything else you need our assistance with. More than happy to help.
Thank you.
Yes, please excuse me I couldn’t come back to rankmath before. I wanted to see for the home page. It is from this that I would then modify the code.
This must be “visual composer” or my own wordpress theme that generates content.
I created a js file with the API (https://github.com/MyThemeShopTeam/WP-Review/blob/new-analysis/admin/assets/js/rank-math-integration.js)
I installed the API in the child theme of my wordpress but without result.
I cleared the cache to check, but that didn’t change anything.
My theme was edited with visual composer, I could not part with it.Thank you for your help
Hello,
It seems you added your titles inside HTML blocks. There are some blocks Rank Math is not able to read (although it is compatible with WP bakery).
If you add a heading with the keyword, it seems the issue goes away, so it confirms it.
You can see how it works once I add a heading block in the screencast I have recorded: https://i.rankmath.com/CPTwG6
Looking forward to help you.
Thank you for assistance, I understand better. Thanks for the screencast, it’s clearer. I will use your technique to measure keyword density, but I will avoid publishing as well, because if I use html blocks, it is to change the style of the titles.
Hello,
We are super happy that this resolved your issue. If you have any other questions in the future, know that we are here to help you.
If you don’t mind me asking, could you please leave us a review (if you haven’t already) on https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/seo-by-rank-math/reviews/#new-post about your overall experience with Rank Math? We appreciate your time and patience.
If you do have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.
Thank you.
