my site have been already verified by google and bing. Then why still site verification code could be available for homepage while Other pages can’t show these code.
Is this because of Rankmath plugin default or any site error ?
How may i hide these verification code ?

If your website is already verified you can remove this code.
In case it was added via our plugin you can remove it from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Webmaster Tools.

That’s work great. I remove that verification from webmaster tools page and load the homepage source code. Now it does not shown anything.
