This might be happening because your rich snippet is set up to be shown below the content.
Please head over to the post/page in question and then go to the Rich Snippets tab of Rank Math.
You will see this option:
Choose the “Custom (Shortcode)” option and then don’t paste the shortcode anywhere. That will prevent your rich snippets from showing up on the frontend. By the way, showing the rich snippet on the frontend is completely optional and doesn’t affect your rich search results.

Yes you can also use this snippet, the only difference is that this method will disable the display of the review snippet on all posts/pages/CPTs on your site.
Please note that the preview of your review is added in accordance with the Google guidelines which suggest that a webmaster should show the schema to the users as well as to the bots.
If you show it to just the bots, you run the risk of getting removed from the rich snippets program. That is the reason it is being added to the frontend.
