If your dashboard still shows a FREE account, double-check that you’ve logged in with the correct email address used for the purchase.

    You can verify your registered email address by navigating to the account menu at the top of the page and selecting ‘Edit Profile’ or directly going to ‘Account details’ in the left sidebar. If the email address doesn’t match the one used for your purchase, log out and log back in using the correct email.
