Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

Hi, thanks for your fast reply, I think all is fine with my card, I am using a Visa card registered in Europe, But I have paid $ payments before. So could you help me a bit more specifically?
I tried again but couldn’t make the purchase again. I don’t have a credit card, I only have one visa card.
