Your sitemap should still appear even your blog posts resides in /blog/.
I however noticed that some of your posts are marked as BlogPosting in your article schema.
You would need to ensure that your post’s article schema is set to NewsArticle type. https://rankmath.com/kb/rich-snippets/#news-article
After that, please follow these steps.
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Hey, still I am not able to submit the sitemap in the search console. Because I verified https://paavan.app/ this property in search console . that’s why it’s not able to fetch the URL and it’s giving HTTP Error: 404. Please guide me on what can I do? Should I verify different property in search console which will like this https://paavan.app/blog/ then it will fetch the URL. Please provide me the right guidance

I can check that your sitemap is working fine. And you have verified the correct property. Please remove all previously submitted sitemaps from your GSC account and submit your main sitemap https://paavan.app/sitemap_index.xml again.
The issue should be resolved once Google recrawls your sitemap. Let us know if it doesn’t.

Thanks, it’s working but the sitemap contains only 3 articles. How can I include all articles? I also changed schema to a NewsArticle from the schema template option but still, it is showing only 3 articles.

Only the posts/pages published in the last 2 days are included in the News Sitemap as per Google’s News Sitemap Guidelines.
Since you have only 3 posts that were published in the last couple of days, your news sitemap only has 3 entries.
