Hello, I am still waiting for a solution to the problem.

    Hello,

From your screenshot, the error message wasn’t shown. However, this issue must be related to the ActionScheduler_Versions which we actually experienced by other users.

If that’s the case, we found that it is happening due to the conflicting ActionScheduler packages used in the plugins on the site.

There is likely a plugin using an older version of the ActionScheduler package, while our plugin uses the latest version, v3.9.1.

Since it’s on an external plugin, the culprit plugin will need to update this package in their plugin. They might have already done this in their latest version, kindly ensure you are using the latest versions of all plugins and theme.

If they are all up to date the easiest way to identify the culprit plugin will be to do a plugin/theme conflict check; you can follow this guide for that: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Kindly reach out to their support team concerning this issue.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Hello, taking advantage of this support ticket I want to ask for your help with a small problem that is occurring in the product data structure. We are supposed to be using the Woocommerce schema but there are many products that are presenting data errors in the offers part, indicating that the following fields are missing in the structure: The shippingDetails field is missing and the hasMerchantReturnPolicy field is also missing.

I need you to help me know how to include these missing fields in the schema.

    Hello,

We have created a complete tutorial that will help you fix the shipping data from the Product Schema on the website: https://rankmath.com/kb/merchant-return-and-shipping-policy/

You will need to add the data at the product level and not at the organization level.

    Thank you.

Thanks for the information. I tried to follow the entire process indicated to add the data at the product level by creating it through ranking-math.php but when adding the codes suggested by you it causes an error which shows all the code at the header level of the website. I put this link of a screenshot hopefully you can see it https://imgur.com/a/aRFXc9S

    I remain attentive.

    Hello,

Please note that you’ll have to create rank-math.php file and make sure to use php at the beginning of the code:

You can also use any of the methods mentioned here to add the filter code on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Thank you very much for your response. I also see the following missing fields in Product Fragments: “aggregateRating” and “review” Could you help us with that too please.

    Hello,

Simply, your product needs to have at least one review from your user to fill in the details of the aggregateRating and review properties in your Product schema. If you don’t have any reviews yet, it is completely safe to ignore those warnings.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
