- In the Ticket Title section, enter a brief summary of your issue.
- In the Ticket Question section, provide more details about your situation, including the email addresses associated with both accounts.
- In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account. If you’re merging your FREE and PRO accounts, select one of the emails as your preferred email address.
- Make sure to include the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received.
- Once done, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.
With these details, our support team will assist you in merging your accounts correctly.
