Help with activation

    I have searched the knowledge base but am still having trouble linking to my Rank Math account. And I am told” The plugin is currently not connected with your Rank Math account” No matter what I have tried. This includes being unable to setup The Google Search Console in spite of inputting the activation code, the Site profile is still missing. Can I provide my WP logon and see if you can find out whats going on? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Sorry for the issue you are facing.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using (for example sometimes security plugins block some API calls).

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
