  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear about the conflicts you are experiencing with Rank Math on your posts. To identify if this issue is due to a conflict with another plugin, we recommend following these steps:

    1. Troubleshooting Mode: Navigate to the Troubleshooting Mode in Rank Math. You can do this by following the steps mentioned in our guide here.

    2. Enable Plugins: Activate one plugin at a time and check if the issue reappears after each activation. The last plugin you activate before the issue occurs is likely causing the conflict with Rank Math.

    3. Contact Plugin Developer: If you identify the conflicting plugin, please reach out to the plugin developer for assistance in resolving the conflict.

    4. Inform Us: If you are unable to resolve the issue or need further assistance, please let us know which plugin is causing the conflict, and we will do our best to help you resolve it from our end.

If the issue persists even with only Rank Math and the default WordPress theme active, please contact us directly at our support forum for further assistance.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving this conflict with Rank Math.

    Hello,

The characters seem to be coming from the HTML tag strong which is usually used to set a particular set of text to be bold.

Did you make any changes to the theme or layout you are using on the website? Those changes in theme could cause issues like this because each theme has its own particular rules for the headings and we use headings to add the questions to the FAQ block.

It is possible that this could happen by copying content that has some HTML formatting, such as the strong that we mentioned and the plugin incorrectly interprets that as being part of the content and tries to escape the < and > between the HTML tags.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

No i haven’t changed the theme or layout recently.
How can I fix this issue?

The problem only seems to exist within the RankMath FAQ blocks.

    Hello,

This shouldn’t be coming from the Rank Math plugin. When we deactivated the Rank Math plugin on your site, the issue was still occurring – you can try it on your end.

Also, it looks like the characters are in the content itself, so please try recreating the affected content with only the Rank Math plugin active to see if the issue persists, then you can activate your plugins one after the other

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.
