    Rank Math free

    I’m having difficulty in a number of areas.
    1st I purchased the PRO … see info in Sensitive Data

    My Member area does not indicate that purchase so I cannot enter the PRO Support area.

    2nd I believe I tried to follow instructions for installing Rank Math… but somewhere something has gone wrong.
    I’ve had to DEactivate some plugins that have been running for years. As well as Rank Math.
    My Google stats have dropped with no NEW visits…
    I spent 4 hours with my hosting chat yesterday trying to figure things out.
    PLEASE, I need help. I don’t know where to start, or how to continue.

    Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience that might have caused due to that.

    Make sure when you bought our Pro/Business plan you have entered your exact email to the account you are currently. You should receive an email confirming your purchase and it will instruct you on how to activate and use the purchased plugin.

    Rank Math free

    Hello Reinelle
    I have entered the exact email… and I can enter my admin … But it does NOT show that I have the PRO version. And I originally had trouble adding the PRO version to my site. I finally did. But now I’m having major problems with the site itself. To the point that I had to DEACTIVATE Rank Math.

    I stated the problem above and need your help to go to the site and activate Rank Math as well as the other plugins mentioned and get it working properly.

    Hello
    It has now been over 3 days and you still have not replied.
    Under my name it says ‘free’ whereas I’m PRO as per the information I supplied you.
    Please do something to change this.
    My site (theexplanation.com) has crashed when I activated and worked with RankMath and I had to deactivate it as I stated.
    I need someone to PLEASE help me right away.

    I’m sorry for the delay.

    It seems that you are now logged in to your paid account, and I’ve attached the screenshot of your account in the Sensitive Data section that you have already applied the Pro to your account.

    Could you please activate both the Rank Math free and Rank Math Pro in your WordPress dashboard? If you’re getting an error message, please include that in the Sensitive Data section, as well as your FTP login, so we can further investigate.
