We checked your account and it appears that you have refunded your Content AI subscription. In this case, you don’t have any premium credits to use.
Can you please confirm if you intend to still use the Free Content AI credits for your workflow, but stumbled into the issue you just described? If so, please note that the bulk AI generation of title/description only works if you have a premium Content AI subscription.

What? I paid for the premium. But it kept taking my credits and not fixing the issue. Or it would fix it then turn back red again and again, using my credits every time. So i asked for a refund of my credits.
