  • Hello,

We apologize for the issues you are facing with your account and the Schema generator. Thank you for providing detailed information about the errors you’re encountering in Google Search Console regarding the Schema markup on your client’s website.

To resolve the Schema errors related to the Course Schema, you will need to ensure that the required fields are filled out correctly. Here’s how you can address the specific errors:

    1. Either "courseWorkload" or "courseSchedule" should be specified (in "hasCourseInstance"):

      • Go to the content displaying the error in your WordPress dashboard. Click on the Rank Math SEO icon, then click on the Schema icon.
      • Navigate to the Course Schema and ensure that you fill in either the Course Workload or Course Schedule fields. You can refer to our dedicated KB on Course Schema for more details on these fields.

Fill in the Course Mode and Course Workload fields

    2. Missing field "category" (in "offers"):

      • In the same Schema settings, locate the Offers property and fill in the Category, Price, and Currency fields. Once done, make sure to click Save for this Post.

Fill in the category, price, and currency fields

    3. Missing field "provider":

      • Ensure that you also specify a provider for your course in the Schema settings. This is typically a required field for Course Schema.

After making these changes, revalidate your pages in Google Search Console to see if the errors have been resolved.

If you would like more comprehensive assistance or if you’re unsure about making these changes yourself, we recommend considering our professional setup service, which is available for users with a PRO subscription. You can find more information about this service here.

Regarding your account access issue, please reply to this ticket with any additional details, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

We hope this helps you resolve the Schema markup issues on your client’s site!
