After trying to set up my Search Console through RathMath, I then received an email from Google Search Console that said:

“Unparsable structured data issues detected on lifeinduesseldorf.com

To the owner of lifeinduesseldorf.com: Search Console has identified that your site is affected by 1 Unparsable structured data issues:
    – Top Errors

Errors can prevent your page or feature from appearing in Search results. The following errors were found on your site:
    – Invalid top level element “string”

We recommend that you fix these issues when possible to enable the best experience and coverage in Google Search.”

The error seems to be the following page:
    https://lifeinduesseldorf.com/?lang=de
Howvever, I can’t even seem to find where this page even is and how I can delete it.

When I tried to search the issue here… https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=lifeinduesseldorf.com

The issue didn’t come up, but the following errors did:
https://lifeinduesseldorf.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Life-in-Düsseldorf-Logo.png (The property logo is not recognised by Google for an object of type WebSite.)

    – Monday 09:00-17:00 (The property openingHours is not recognised by Google for an object of type WebSite.)

    – address – The property address is not recognised by Google for an object of type WebSite.

I was wondering if someone could help me?

    Hi Jenna,

Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

I see two sets of Website Schema added to your website’s page source. One is not throwing any errors while the other one is.

Do you happen to be using any other plugin for Schema?

Also, please ensure that you are using the latest version of all plugins on your website.

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi Jenna,

I do not see any errors or warnings in your structured data:
    https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=lifeinduesseldorf.com

It seems like you managed to fix it already.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
