Help connecting Content AI Expert

    I can NOT connect my Content AI module.

    I tried following your posted instructions with NO success.

    Then I asked your robot for help.

    I said I was on Firefox. Robot suggested I try Chrome.

    At first it worked. And then reverted back to NOT working.

    I am beyond frustration and now into Anger. I have been going around in circles for hours.

    I need help from a real person.

    To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, please head over to your Rank Math account and check if you can see the correct remaining credits. You can do this by visiting this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are some screenshots for reference:

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Thanks for following up. I spend HOURS AND HOURS and just kept on trying things until I got it to work.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
