To make sure that our redirection module is working, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tools and click on the button “Re-create Database Tools”. You may also refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/recreate-missing-database-tables/
After that, you can try adding new redirections again and see if that would work.
