If you’re not sure about your site’s FTP logins, you can get in touch with your hosting provider and then share the logins in the sensitive data section. You can share the login in the following format:

The FTP login you shared is currently not working. We can’t access the files.

You can share your hosting account, assuming it has access to the file manager of your website. Just make sure to turn off any 2FA service so we can access the hosting panel.
