    i am new to rank math i have heard good things i have a couple questions it seams like rank math is just for blog posts? im not getting the focus keyword in the site title my website is a Heating and air conditioning service website so my title is Home – the heating and air conditioning experts which is the name of my company so my focus keywords are hvac repair near me hvac companies near me and hvac installers near me so how am i suppose to put that in the seo title and it make sense? i could see if it was a blog post about hvac repair then you could have the seo title hvac repair and the focus keyword the same. so thats why im asking is rank math just set up for someone’s blog? if its not is there some setting to change it to a website? in the setup i set it to small business and a service business so its not set on blog? and then i have alt text in my images that are my focus keywords but its saying i don’t also i have in the content my focus keywords and it says i don’t if you want to check out my website it is theheatingandairconditioningexperts.com thank you any help is greatly apricated

    I was able to login to your website from within SiteGround. I noticed that Rank Math was disabled on your website and the website’s CSS was still broken.

    However, I enabled Rank Math and cleared your website’s cache and the website seems to be working properly now. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket and confirm it on your end.

    While investigating, I noticed that you have an update available for your theme “Astra”. It is recommended to use the latest version of all the plugins and the theme to avoid any possible issues and get new enhancements.

    i updated astra but its stil broked see screen shots of how it should look as you can see what its suppse to look like by clicking visit webstite in the wordpress dashboard, i also cleared my browsing cache and looked at the site in incognito and its still broken see screen shots or look at it in visit site

    Hello,

    I checked your website again and was able to replicate the issue. The last time, I cleared the cache and the issue seemed to have been fixed as shown in my previous screencast but this time, that was not the case.

    However, I investigated further found that the plugin “Hummingbird Pro” is causing the issue on your website. The website remained broken even when Rank Math was disabled.

    The Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin is not working very properly on your website but I was able to create a screencast covering the issue. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    Could you please manually disable the “Hummingbird Pro” plugin and see if the issue gets fixed?

    If yes, then please get in touch with their support as they would be in a better position to assist you.

    how do i look at the sensitve data o here it doesnt have a buton that says look at the data also how come it onky started to do that when i was edidtig rank math

    Sensitive data section is the same section where you added the SiteGround login details for us. You can edit the first post on this ticket and access the sensitive data section:

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section.

    As the issue persists even when Rank Math is disabled, the issue is not caused by Rank Math. Please try temporarily disabling the “Hummingbird Pro” plugin and see if that fixes the issue.
