having problems setting up Google anayltics in wordpress website

    Rank Math free

I have watched the tutorials and tried to set-up Google Analytics and link it to Rank Math SERVERAL TIMES. The result is total confusion.

Is it possible to schedule an online Zoom or Google Meet meeting, so that I can share my screen to figure out what I need to delete/add and the steps that I have missed? Or is it better for me to delete everything and start again watching a video tutorial? If so, which tutorials?

The problem started when I watched a Google Analytic and Google Tag Manager tutorial and set up G4. When I watched the Rank Math video, it said that Rank Math does not accept G4 right now and that I need to set up Universal. I went back into Google Analytics and followed instructions to set up Universal, but now have two accounts in Google Analytics.

The email I got from RankMath on Monday 1/3/22 read:
    SEO Report of Your Website
    02 Dec 2021 – 01 Jan 2022
    lucaskids.net

    Uh-oh
It seems that there are no stats to show right now.
If you can see the site data in your Search Console and Analytics accounts, but not here, then try reconnecting your account and make sure that the correct properties are selected in the Analytics Settings.

As a result, I think I have missed Account 1 and 2 in either the Search Console, Analytics or WordPress <head> and am not sure how to correct it.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, our support scope does not extend to screen-sharing sessions.

As you have already connected to the UA- property, the data should be fetched in Rank Math Analytics.

You can reconnect the Google Account by going to Rank Math > General settings > Analytics and configure the settings again.
    reconnect

If the data is still not fetched after reconnecting, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
