  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with creating a new GA4 Property for your new domain name. It seems that Rank Math is still associating with the old domain when you attempt to create a new property.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Analytics Settings: Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
    2. Disconnect Old GA4 Property: Ensure that you have disconnected any existing GA4 properties associated with your old domain.
    3. Create New GA4 Property: After disconnecting, try creating a new GA4 property again by selecting the Create new GA4 Property option in the Property dropdown.

If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket and include your new domain URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
